These terms govern the use of Minrobotdammsugare's technical services for industrial vacuum calibration, pneumatic filtration audits, and dust extraction system analysis.
Minrobotdammsugare provides engineering services focused on the maintenance and airflow calibration of high-capacity industrial cyclone dust collectors and pneumatic extraction lines. Our work includes auditing filter permeability, measuring pressure differential metrics, and verifying system performance in grain mills and woodworking plants.
We do not manufacture, sell, or service domestic robotic vacuum devices or home appliance equipment. Our services are strictly limited to industrial-scale dust extraction and filtration systems.
Clients must provide safe access to equipment, relevant system documentation, and operational history prior to any audit. This includes filter specifications, fan performance curves, and records of recent maintenance activities.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during on-site work, including lockout/tagout procedures and personal protective equipment requirements.
Our audits provide a point-in-time assessment of system condition. While we follow established industry methods for permeability testing and pressure differential measurement, we cannot guarantee that a system will remain within specified parameters after our assessment is complete.
Recommendations provided in audit reports are based on observed conditions and available documentation. Final decisions regarding equipment replacement, modification, or operational changes remain the responsibility of the client.
Minrobotdammsugare exercises professional care in performing all services. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our audit reports or recommendations.
Our total liability for any claim related to a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for services completed up to the date of termination.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if a client fails to provide safe working conditions, accurate information, or payment as agreed.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations. The current version will always be available on this page.
Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
